v.2 This is my first ever visual style and I'm fairly satisfied overall. The package includes two different start menu styles (dark & light) and comes complete with five new wallpapers which I'll also upload separately. For people new to visual styles, first download StyleXP[link] .
Fixed: -close/minimize/etc. buttons now have new, unique look (no mac emulation here) -taskbar now glossy and window buttons actually fit the look -Scrollbar darkened.
Needs work: -log/turn off buttons (they're blank right now) -Shellstyle needs revisioning (still working the kinks out of how it works
If you have any problems, please report them. Otherwise, just download and enjoy. (btw the icon set is something I downloaded a few years ago so I'll have to look into where it's from)
Thanks, I'll be sure to work in the startmenu. Anyway, the link is actually a basic hack I got from this book a while back. I'm not sure this is the same hack, but this article should do the trick[link]

Pretty good for a first vs. Maybe made the top and the botton of start menu to look like the window titlebar and a little polish on the buttons (thats just my opinion). Continue the good work and I hope to see more of your work in the future.
I really like that start button and would like to see the taskbar buttons have that same look. Also the explorer buttons don't seem to fit the theme -which i think is meant to be 'slick'- they look too 'mac-ish' and gaudy. Also, the start menu icons have to much blur IMO -tone them down by making a crisper edge would look nice. Anyway, that's my constructive criticism....and for what it's worth, I sort of like the theme despite these things that can always be improved.

Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
